We’re really proud of the veterinary surgeons and registered veterinary nurses (RVNs) here at AllPets Vets in Prestatyn & Rhyl, North Wales. They are all highly qualified individuals with a lifelong interest in companion small animals. Learn more about them below.

Fully qualified veterinary nursing staff
It’s our policy to only employ qualified registered veterinary nurses. Our RVNs are regulated by a strict code of conduct and are trained to level 3-diploma or degree standard.
Veterinary Team

Dr. Eliza Grout BVM&S, BSc (Hons), MBA, MRCVS – Veterinary Surgeon
Eliza has been with the practice since 2016, she has an interest in cardiology, imaging and medicine. She grew up locally and is a talented horse rider often competing in her spare time.

Dr. Charlotte Stephenson BVSc MRCVS – Veterinary Surgeon
Charlotte grew up in North Wales and graduated from Liverpool University in 2019. She has a broad interest in all things animal and veterianry related. Out of work she enjoys rally car driving and competes in her own car.

Dr. Bethan Greatrex MRCVS – Veterinary Surgeon
Beth joined the team in Oct 2021. She has worked in Norfolk since graduating in small animal practice. Beth is laying down new roots in coastal North Wales and loves getting outdoors. Beth has an interest in behaviour and has a staffy cross dog called Isla.
Nursing Team

Siobhan Cobb FDSc RVN – Nurse & Insurance Manager
Siobhan joined the team in 2019 as a nurse and now spends most of her time managing pet insurance claims. Siobhan still enjoys hands-on nursing when the opportunity arises. Outside of work, Siobhan is a keen gardener growing all sorts of fruit and vegetables.

Louise Taylor C-SQP RVN – Senior Nurse
Louise joined the practice in 2019, she is a keen tennis player and competes in tournaments. She lives locally with her husband and two cats.

Joy Shutt BSc (Hons) C-SQP RVN – Vet Nurse
Joy is our feline champion; she oversees the practices silver cat friendly accreditation and is an avid promoter of feline health and welfare. Outside of work, Joy organises schnauzer walks and is involved with Schnauzerfest.

Carly Binks RVN – Vet Nurse
Carly joined the nursing team in 2021 and manages the Rhyl branch. She has a wealth of nursing experience and enjoys running nurse clinics.

Lauren Chandler RVN – Vet Nurse
Lauren joined the team in 2019 and oversees our internal laboratory. She enjoys all aspects of nursing. Lauren lives locally with her partner and rescue German Shepherd called Monty.
Animal Care Team

Teigan Jones BSc (hons) – Animal Care Assistant
Teigan is devoted to animals and grew up locally. She holds a BSc (hons) in Animal Behaviour, Welfare and conservation.

Summer Thomas – Animal Care Assistant
Summer joined the team in 2022 and has a pet chihuahua.

Lyndsay Young BSc – Animal Care Assistant
Lyndsay has a degree in animal behaviour and assists with the daily running of the practice.
Support Team

Hazel Thompson MA – Practice Administrator
Hazel is our practice administrator and manages office tasks. She holds a masters degree in theology and enjoys nothing more than devouring a great book with a brew.
Reception Team

Jennifer Warrent – Receptionist
Jennifer has a wealth of customer experience and joined the team in 2021.

Rhys Barnett – Reception Manager
Rhys heads up the reception team and oversees front-of-house.

Lucie Chinnery-Williams – Receptionist
Lucie hopes to train one day to be a veterinary nurse. She keeps herself busy at home helping on her partner’s farm and loves working with animals.

Lynne Parry – Receptionist
Lynne joined the reception team having been a client of the practice previously. She loves meeting and greeting owners and pets and has recently rescued a stray cat that came to our doors.

Claire Bainbridge – Receptionist
Claire is one of our longest serving receptionists. She enjoys horse racing out of work and walks along the seafront. Claire has a soft spot for Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

Angela Limbert – Receptionist
I am a great animal lover and have a soft spot for dogs, having my own boy at home I understand just how important a great vet experience is to a loving owner.
